(San Diego, CA) – The Associated General Contractors of America San Diego Chapter, Inc. (AGCSD) announced their endorsement of Republican candidate June Cutter in the race for California’s 77th Assembly District.
“June Cutter is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience working with businesses in the construction industry,” said Brad Barnum, AGC’s Executive Vice President. “As our Assemblywoman, I know June will advocate for our industry’s priorities of infrastructure maintenance and modernization, fair and open competition, and economically responsible environmental policy.”
June started her legal career in 2002, working on construction defect matters and developed a business litigation practice serving construction industry clients throughout Southern California. She continues to serve the construction and other industries through her employment law practice as Senior Counsel for Reden & Reden, APC in Rancho Bernardo.
“I am deeply honored to receive the endorsement of AGC San Diego,” said June Cutter. “Their support affirms my commitment to enhancing the business environment, not only for the construction industry, but for all of California’s industries and small businesses.”
AGCSD’s endorsement adds to the growing list of prominent elected leaders and organizations who have endorsed June Cutter for State Assembly. June has already been endorsed by the San Diego County Republican Party, the Associated Builders and Contractors of San Diego, Senate Republican Leader Shannon Grove, Assembly Republican Leader Marie Waldron, and many others.
California’s 77th Assembly District encompasses northern San Diego and portions of North County, including the city of Poway. It also contains the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. The District’s voter registration is nearly evenly split between Republicans, Democrats, and Independents.
June Cutter is an accomplished attorney, small business owner, proud wife to a former Naval Flight Officer, and a mom to two children.
